January 31st 2012... Another big snow fall and once again, after working a 12 hour shift at work, I come home at 9:30PM to find that Syljack has NOT CLEARED MY DRIVEWAY! Not once all day! The city plow passed and there was a huge mound of snow at the bottom of our driveway. I do not know what my wife and I paid $270 for. We paid to have snow removed from our driveway... but the company does not remove the snow! We decided to get snow removal service in the first place because we have a very steep driveway that is extremely difficult to shovel, otherwise I would do it myself. I have never seen anything like this.
Stay away from Syljack!
I commented last night that Syljack only came once at 11:30PM Thursday night and did not come at all yesterday. They finally showed up at 8:55 this morning, slammed the plow on my driveway and blew the snow at my front door. How are these people still in business???
